Well like all marriages you have to prove your marriage.

Plus you need to say your sorry for your previous actions and ask for an (ARC) Authorization to Return.

Your application better be a good one and your ARC letter should be close to excellent because you got one and only one shot at this.

Wishing you all the best.

they will contact you for ARC
for now you do your stuff in the regular way , they will let you know when time comes for it .

remember that you will have in your letter
being sorry, and reconize your responsability to the mess you did to your past case.

Whoa hold on a second here! Don´t worry be Happy???? Kahil you know your situation needs extra care that is why you asked for advice.

Any time you have a major situation it is always better to explain yourself before being asked by the Visa Post staff. Waiting for CIC to ask you about something is not being a good Boy Scout.

BE PREPARED!

Focus on this that the Visa Post has to ask an office in Canada what the whole Refugee Claim was about and how you behaved while in Canada aka background checks, etc.

You made a refugee claim based on what you believed to be a well founded fear of persecution because........ and someone told you A, B, C! Should you have believed that person?

You do not have a (REGULAR Spousal Application) you have an unusual situation that has to be explained. First concentrate how you have maintained contact with your partner being outside of Canada and how you two met. Great detail on every single point is needed to persuade people you deserve a second chance. You will need plenty of supporting evidence.

Always include an ARC letter with your application because waiting to say your sorry makes it look like your not really sorry. You can always add to an ARC letter but you can not subtract so be careful about what you write to ensure your points are clear.

Understand that I am not trying to scare you into action but rather trying to show you clear common sense issues must be explained.

Alright I will say something I usually never say.

You should speak with an immigration consultant/lawyer about this one.

If you just try and show up at any border you will get punted faster than you can blink.

You cannot go about this the same way regular people do.,

This I do not think can be answered on an internet forum.

I usually laugh at work permits and study permits who use a lawyer (ok maybe some need it, but most of the ones I meet do not need it and the "lawyer" is useless...no disrespect at any good ones out there I am talking about the scammers)

But since you were deported noone on a free website is going to be able to give you any infor that I would hold with too much merit.

You need a lawyer who knows every detail of your situation.
You need to spend a few bucks.

Good Luck

jp

PS I think ROY specializes in the lawyer portion.
Maybe talk to hium privately for money.

May i know if adultery is a ground for deportation for a work permit holder in Canada? My friend who is still in our country plans to request for a deportation for his wife because she was caught and admitted that she is having an affair in Canada while still legally married to my friend. Thanks!
