Subject: Labour Market Opinion B.C
  Hello,

I came to B.C on May 14th 2009 on a Working Holiday Visa and started work for an Insurance Brokerage. Before originally applying for a work visa the company I work for now applied for a Labour Market Opinion around Christmas 08 as they were very keen on bringing me over for work. Unfortunately it was denied. So I went and got myself a Working Holiday Visa.

This current Visa expires on 14th May 2010 and coannot be extended. Again my company are desperate for me to continue working for them long term. If they already applied for a Labour Markey Opinion and it was denied and they try applying again will it get denied for the 2nd time? Since the last time it was denied I have managed to obtain all the relevant Insurance Brokerage Qualifications for B.C which I didn´t have the first time it was applied for. Could this make a difference?

I look forward to hearing your opinions

Kind regards

Matt

In the second time, they have to accompany your application with a letter explaining that they are in INTENSE demand for your skills and state your achievements during working for them in the last period...not just filling he application and sending it....
