Hi. I need someone who´s informed on immigration status/law to help me. My family and I have been granted permanent residency after being accepted as refugee. It´s been about a year since we´ve been informed of this but we haven´t received our papers yet. I know the process is long, but we´ve been told it takes anywhere from 6-9 months to receive our PR status and card mailed to us. I need my passport as soon as possible since I will be studying abroad next semester, so I need it to apply for my student visa. What should I do? Should I go to Immigration Canada?

hi,
I am Gurinder singh from india.I had applied my case for study in the canadian embassy just two days before.My course is in Seneca College i.e chemicals and laboratory technecian(ontario college diploma). I want to know that....
- how to apply for the PR after completing my studiasand what are the basic
requirements which i must have to be fullfill?
- Is there any point system to get an PR?
- if i had studied for two years in this course in canada
then how much long work permit i ll´ get?
- Is there any special creteria to give a PR whether
student is doing post graduate couse or an diploma?
- one thing more if i got a visa for a two years of study
but later i got a direct entry in to the third semester
of the study,then it is compulsory for me after one year
of comletion i hav to study for one another year??

Hi i am student of G.N.M 3rd year .i want to take study visa for canada .Can i get visa for my husband & and my child with me.my husband can do job during my study period?Is there any chances to get PR In Canada after study in field of nursing.also tell me that what are the opptions in America & Australia.Give me right driction so that i can go with my family for PR

well I had just completed my BBA from punjab university,chandigarh and now i am planning to go Canada for further studies but all good B-schools requires at-least minimum of 2 years of work experience to get admission in MBA.So, now i am thinking that i should first do another course and apply for Canada student visa and after completing that course and after getting 2 years work experience in Canada then i should apply for MBA.
So now the question is that for what course i should apply after BBA so that i can peruse MBA later on.
I now my question is little complicated but i want to go canada now and i don´t want to stay in india for 2 more years to get work experience and then apply for MBA.
Another which i want to say is that i will apply for only one course and after getting PR of canada then i will do MBA there so i will not apply for 2 master degrees simultaneously i will do MBA only after once i receive canada´s PR after completing my education there as there is a rule that students can apply for PR after their study so that is my case i hope i had provided you enough information.
So if anyone know any good course I can apply for after BBA .
