I filed a humanitarian and compassionate application because my my common law partner is sick and I´m inland . how successful rate does it have? and how long it will take since I live In Quebec province.

Your question does not focus on what would be (your grounds) for an H&C approval.
When trying to prove an unusual or undeserved hardship not intended by the Act or the Regulations and beyond your control you need to focus on that item or items.
You also have to be a nice person.

That does not mean that you even have a chance.
Go visit a representative that can prove they have won H&C´s and that is plural and remember that the issues regarding any refugee case has absolutely nothing to do with an H&C application.
