since my application is in process for 46 months ( still waiting).so, I decided to order my CAIPS notes through a knows canadian company who provide this service.
now it has been 90 days and I did not recieve the notes. the canadian company are contacting me and telling me that they are trying to contact the government office to find out why they are not releasing my notes.
please folks, if any body haver any idea why are they doing this to me? or what should I do?
please help

No way. You have to wait! How did you find the company? Is it a confident company?
