| Subject: Medical Results have been Received |

I have submitted the Landing Fee, and my Medical is over 2 month ago. My application status is:
In Process -- Medical Results have been received.
I believe and as also stated on the Canadian Immigration website that after receiving the medical results the status should be changed to "Decision made" – may be positive or negative
What should I assume --- even though medical results have been received decision is still pending.
Just to add I applied for me and my four family members and we went for our medical test on 20 August 2009. I am based in Dubai.
Appreciate if someone can share his/her thoughts

Did you submit your medical results to CHC (Canadian High Commission) in London office? If so, speaking of my personal experience having been lived in Dubai. I got my landind papers within 2 months followed by an interview.
But, that was ten years ago. I dont know how much load of applicants is at London office right now. In any event, be patient, and you will likely be given the BIG news soon...
By the way, did you have an interview at London office as well?

Actually I went for medical test here in Dubai at the designated, clinic specified in CIC site and they have forwarded it to CHC.
I didn´t have interview I believe it got exempted.
Actually this is my second try first time I couldn’t go through. I had an interview in Abu Dhabi, they specifically told me if I apply again interview will not be there
Second time I applied in July 2006 and finally this year they asked me some police reports and finally landing Fee and medical tests.
Hope you understand why i am getting excited actually there is 8 years history behind it.

I got the Passports submission request from London, which i sent 2 weeks back. Now the status has been changed from "In Process" to "Deciion Made" with the following words
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

i applied in jan 2006 , from last week my status is how decision have been made ,the office will contact you concerning this decision .
But in my case they not asked me yet medical .If you have any further news on case share with me ,i will be really greatful to u.

I read on many forums that if you get this statement before medical request, it is not a good sign.
Even i applied in july 2006 and now in the final stage, they asked me for medical 3 months back and finaly throgh email i got the passport submissin request through email which i sent 3 weeks back.

I guys, today i got my possports with Canadian visas. Finally after long efforts i got the immigrant visas.

Passport & Medical have been submited (in reply to: Medical Results have been Received)
Hi Dear,
My application for immigration is in last stage, I have submited my passorts and medical resuluts to Embassy of Canada New Delhi four months back. Before two months i got a call from Embassy for re-newal of passort for my son,( I also asked for time remaining 4 my application, he said just few days) and i submitted the passport after few days only. Meanwhile My spouse got Scholarship fron Netherland & we need our pasort for visa purpose as Holland Emb. asked (b4 d the end of July 2013) but passort is with CA embassy, New Delhi Pls suggest how can i get the passport back for my spouse. Pls Advise how long it will take
Anyone have any idea pls reply !!!
