(it is now October when i saw this thing, though i check my ecas like crazy always).
We sent you a letter on January 15, 2009 to 1048 Far North Circle, New Market, Ontario, Canada, L3X 1N4 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.
Medical results have been received.
(i spoke to an officer and enquired, because my ecas says, DECISION MADE).
but he said, no, it is not final yet. they have to wait for further info from local office, (for my family members).
(i am confused.i thought they could have made a mistake of January instead of October.) but he said they didnot send any letter this month.
pls share and help.

Since you haven´t received anything between Jan and Oct, it seems what you see on your e-case is mistaken and what the officer said over the phone is the truth.
However, you have to notify that CIC with this mistake to correct it. Write a detailed letter explaining the situation and enclose a print out of your e-case web page showing (decision made) with the date of January 09...wait for few weeks and check the ecase again...they might correct it.
