Finally sanctuary has been offered to a US War Resister or one has sought same. Call it Visitor status, Refugee, Student etc. but let these people stay.
Peace is right - War is wrong!
Obama stop the war or as Nancy Reagan used to say (Just Say NO) to war! Barrack you can and must do better. Putting these young boys in prison is not the root to go.
Every country has to find what government they feel best with. The people has to understand that real democracy starts at grass roots level and if the people do not understand that the puppet governments will never understand.
Lets bring democracy to places that don´t want it and don´t understand it.
WOW Russia has done so well democratically with a leader not being a Leader and so many thrown in prisons for peaceful demonstrating or just for challenging Putin.
Ukraine is being torn apart at the seams because NO one other then the guy with pockets full of money is listened too. He gets what ever he wants after he pays for it regardless if it is right or wrong.Russia and Ukraine have had democracy for twenty years. Yeah Right!
Look at Afghanistan´s election process, fair and free elections in a part of the world where the person with the most guns has always ruled. Those people expect corruption because they have always had it.
Canada has a Minister of Immigration that forces his policy down the throats of IRB members. Our own government can and must be better. The world awaits your actions Mr. President.
Let the resister stay.
