Hi Kalpesh... I hope this information will help you:

For your Listening you will be awarded 2 points
For your Reading you will be awarded 1 point
For your Writing you will be awarded 2 points
For your Speaking you will be awarded 2 points
So your total point for Language proficiency are: 7 points (the maximum is 16 points ... which is 4 in each of the categories)

So you just have to add these 7 points to the rest of your points to see if you meet the minimum 67 points required... if make it to 67 then your current IELTS scores will get you thru... but if you need more points to complete your 67 then you need to take the exam again and try to score higher...

If you need more information you can always access the Immigration Canada Application for Permanent Residence For Federal Skilled Worker Class Information Booklet available on CIC web site: www.cic.gc.ca/skilled

Good luck.

PS: alibash... sorry to burst your bubble.

Kalpesh, do not be tempted to give any of these people money for services. Forums are a perfect place for scammers to troll.
