I was born in Saudi Arabia and lived all my live there, but my parents are from Yemen and I have a Yemeni Passport. I have been in Canada for 5 years Studying and I just found out that Saudis won´t renew my stay in Saudi Arabia. my father side in Yemen has Tribal revenge and I really don´t take any risk going there and here I´m asking for an advice.

You can try. will you achieve anything? God knows.
But as you have been studying in Canada for 5 years, why can´t you apply as a skilled worker instead?

Yes, if you have been studying in Canada since 5 years and also have gained 1 year full-time paid work experience in one of the qualifying occupations, you could possibly be qualified in CEC (Canadian Experience Class).
