| Subject: Where to sign IMM 0008 Generic?? |

I am about to send my application for PR to Buffalo, NY. The information booklet is asking for a signed IMM 0008 Generic. I only found 2 pages in this form and no place for a signature. could you please advice? Where should I sign this form?
I have already signed the Schedule 1 and 4, I am only missing the Generic.

There is no place to sign the form. Not necessary.
