hi, i applied for pr under skilled category from buffalo usa under 38 occupations, and received initial approval from cpu sydney canada,
and i have to file my documents within 120days,
my problem is that i am living in usa since 2000 on h1b visa, but my case has been rejected for green card from labour department in usa, and my visa is going to expire in the month of january 2010,if i dont get the pr of canada before the usa visa expire, then what should i do, i am stressed and confused, i dont want to stay illegal in usa after january2010,please guide me ,if ishould get visitor visa of canada, or what should i do. i will be vary thankful to you.
