hello mate.
i have my interview the day after tomorrow and i have a question with no answer yet!!
- i was married 6 month ago just made a marriage contract and agreed with her that we will do the wedding party after we finish our university studies and before going to canada.
- then i travelled to Uk to study and she was in Lebanon.
- during the past 6 month we had troubles in understanding each others and at the end 2 month ago we agrred that we must separate.
- Qubeec government know nothing about that mariage and the divore
my state there is still single
*Do i have to mention that issue!! or it will be ok if i ignore?
** My loyer say yes . its not important to tell qubeec about that but wen we apply again for the fedral visa we will mention that?
what is the best to do!!!???

Always tell the truth and you signed a form stating you would tell of any marital status changes.
I answer what posting I care to answer and so does everyone else. So you have a Lawyer who may be a Consultant and your paying for their advice and you´re asking here.

if loyer refers to lawyer (could be lover as well) ...and if you still wonder why he is asking that question to you...that means he doesnot want to spend a penny on hiring you may be because he knows you are not worth ...just an assumption ...
