If you are deperate in India and your salary in India does not feed you enough, willing to come to Canada and work in anything (as a taxi driver) to get money, then come here. As a doctor, your chances to work as a physician is slim but possible (after extensive efforts).see below.

I am a established and well earning surgeon india, have for PR in Canada. Within few months i will get the family immigration. Please guide me ,whether i should go there to settle as a doctor.

De Harpreet - you need to do some serious research before you decide to give up your medical practice in India. All foreign trained doctors must meet education and performance standards before being eligible to practice medicine in Canada. Depending on where you took your education, that can be reasonably quick or can take a long time.
The best thing to do is to start talking to the College of Physicians and Surgeons responsible for the area of Canada you are thinking of moving to. You will find out fairly quickly if this is the right decision for you.
