Hi ...i just got married (7 days ago) to my boyfriend who is a PR holder of Canada. we wish to immigrate together to canada . Is there a way in which he can send the sponsorship letter from India or it has to be from canada? We do not want to stay separate and what is the other option of we going together?Is a tourist visa for spouse possible? he going to Canada sponsoring me and coming back is not a very possible solution. Looking forward to your suggestions

sorry, he needs to be in Canada. he can come for a visit but not much more. Tourist visa will be tough - CIC has no confidence or assurance that you will leave at the end of your visa - and they are probably right.
get Skype, get a webcam. the time that feel like forever will become a distant memory when it is all over.

Can an authorised representative (a lawyer /immigration firm) apply on the behald of my husband? really difficult to stay away...i know its the testing time but still any option available

When one lies they get caught and refused for misrepresentation by stating they are residing in Canada when in fact they are elsewhere.

Hi , there is a law firm which is authorised by CIC based in new delhi HQ in Canada which told us that we can apply for sponsorship sitting in india.Is it true?

Read the manuals go to www.cic.gc.ca and search on manuals overseas processing then family class.
Permanent Residents have to be residing in Canada.
I guess it is time for me to make my very first Business Trip to India so much false information coming out of there.
Oh a bit of a rant. These colleges churning out new authorized representatives are working for some company instead of themselves and are earning peanuts.
Take care of whom you retain and get references as to their experience in cases like yours. Be aware all authorized representatives are not equal.

Do the right things !! Trust me it is worthy !! Canada is the best place to raise a family. Your next generation will have a GOOD EDUCATION and will live in a safe and caring place.

I´m self confident I agree and I (may) know more then other people but the difference Dan I can prove that I get results!
What I do not understand is why you DAN focus on what you seem to think is my arrogance but do not focus on the Law Firm based in New Delhi telling a Permanent Resident to LIE about where they are residing.

Or just maybe your one of those people who recommend illegal actions and when it goes bad and the couple can´t be together you say it was not my fault the applicant signed the forms!

Find me one Consultant who is Authorized (DAN) aka _____ who has more success stories written about their clients.
