"In some of those cases, the sponsors lost their jobs and could not support the loved ones they brought into the country. In others, a sponsored spouse left a marriage and lived off government welfare without the sponsor´s knowledge.

The court said the province, in collecting the debts, must provide sponsors a chance to explain their own and their sponsored relative´s relevant personal and financial situations, and apply discretion in light of the circumstances."

Today a client who has two Canadian Children who owns two companies and has 17 employees, a house with a finished basement in Markham mortgage free ($500,000.00 +) can´t figure out why her representative could not win an H&C application. ME TOO!

COMMON SENSE HAS TO PREVAIL IN ALL SITUATIONS.

Dear Psst

When a spouse uses you to get to Canada and runs away days after getting their PR card YOU should care.

When one sponsors their parents and their GM plant lays off YOU and your spouse YOU will care!

I was working at 04:30 yesterday until 21:00 hrs yesterday because I CARE and here at 05:45 I´m answering your silly posting.

Now does business suck?

NOPE, NOT A BIT!!!!! JEALOUS????????????

How could my business suck when I win and can prove it DAY AFTER DAY. I do not pay for any advertisements and all of my clients are referrals. I have just taken on more staff and will probably rent the vacant adjoining office to get more space. I currently am working on at least 31 Spousal Appeals. Two more clients got Landed yesterday would you like to meet them? But (psst) they won´t be too nice to you. They might ---- on you!

Me suffer?

I love what I do and do what I love, I help deserving people.

I have a life, why don´t you get one?

Now you guys are fighting but the point is some people who have a problem making ends meet will not be so stressed out anymore.

Stavrimcoku you have a point but when I post things like this it shows up when others are researching the issue and makes their fears about Revenue Canada coming after them.

It helps others and it does bring some traffic to my sight TRUE Then I get really strange questions like the one this morning "Can you get AEO by January 1st 2010 because I applied by myself and I don´t have 67 points".

When U and DocD insult one another the assistance is blown in the wind.

But I will still help when important issues like this Federal Court Decision comes out.
