| Subject: new immigrant settlement |

I am landing soon in Canada as an immigrant.When applied i mentioned Alberta as my intended destnation as i am a chemical engineer working in oil refinery.Now due to the recession I am thinking what should my landing place ? Can i still find some reasonable job in Alberta to support my living.
Please help me with an elaborated information.

Second look to all areas of the country including Sarnia Ontario where the big chemical companies are located.

Check out New Brunswick, too. Most "middle class" jobs in southern NB are energy related. Although, as far as assimilation goes, the Atlantic provinces are a hard sell; locals don´t take too kindly to "come from aways" and there isn´t much to do. If work is your priority, though, you might want to have a look.

Hi,
I´m a Liberian living in Liberia, but I really want to come to Canada and live with my family. Is there any help or way that you can show me to follow in order to get myself and family into Canada?
Please clerify this for me. Is there an organization in Canada called Canadian Immigration Assistance Services (CIAS)? I been on a program with them regarding my coming to Canada since 2007 January until now and the money they have gotten from me is more then US$ 5,000.00. This is why I´m asking this question.
