Subject: Thanks Sharon and all for your replies.......
hi Sharon / anonymous / costs

thank you all a lot for your replies ....

i do understand that counting calendar days is not going to help and seed your advice .... but sometimes your mind keeps on going back on that track .... however i know i should take control of the situation ....

Sharon, i had applied with an AEO and by gods grace have a job offer waiting once i land ... so i am more concerned.... i have seen many immigrants not able to find jobs i am lucky that there is someone offering me a full-time job when i land .. so i want to make the most of it .... that´s why i am more excited than normal .... and in language again i have a pretty good command over English ... definitely not perfect but i scored a full ( 8 band) in IELTS and that is the reason my assessment points are complete and enough to immigrate ... and one of the reasons i landed the job is because i am multilingual ... i am able to communicate fluently in a few regional languages of India and even Arabic, and have a good command over my English as well, ability to communicate in regional languages was an essential pre-requisite for the job.

Another reason is i really like Canada as a place itself .. i had visited Canada last year to appear for the interview for the job i have secured, for 3 weeks and visited all the main places .. like Calgary , Vancouver, Banff, besides Toronto where my employer is based, my wife and daughter too enjoyed the place and are as excited as me to start a life there.....

And anonymous, i have already paid RPRF on CIC requests and completed medicals and sent them around mid august ... i do understand that once they request medicals chances of being accepted are pretty bright ... but in their documents request along with the medicals they asked for so many additional documents from me and my employer .. almost all documents submitted to HRDSC for AEO approval were asked again and from me they asked in detail description of my qualifications and job .... how i am prepared to perform the job in Canada .. how my experience is valid to job being offered in Canada .... and also how i got the job offer and got selected .... therefore i got more worried .. they never asked for the conventional documents like updated PCC or proof of travel or Net-worth statement etc ...

However from all your views and advices i do feel that waiting ...even though tough ... is the only solutions ... keep up the prayers and fingers crossed ...... thank you all for keeping the hope alive ......

Best regards .
Kash.

That´s strange. Since you were requested to pay landing fees and do the medical exams, the approval is just a matter of time. It sounds that IO is "suspicious" and questioning somnething in your job offer. Was your job offer matching your qualifications? Were you interviewed for the job or was just offered without any kind of interview....Write the answers to all the questions and submit all the new papers...you don´t have other choices.

hi (in reply to: Thanks Sharon and all for your replies.......)
hi anonymous,

thanks for your reply,

yeah the document request did sound strange but i provided all the docs so did my employer ....
my qualifications and exp are in the same field of work as job being offered actually same industry and products as well... however i don´t have a bachelors degree my education is only higher secondary ..... however have some trade specific qualifications ..... and i have over 5 years of managerial experience and prior to that 2teo years of supervisory experience in the same industry and field as to job being offered to me in canada ....

actually the brother of my canadian employer visited dubai frequently and came in contact with me through a common supplier friend to him and my current employer ....i had been interacting with him on various occasions ... he referred me to his brother for the opening in their business there and evaluated me here in dubai ... i also visited canada (toronto) to personally appear for the interview and then they selected me and applied for my AEO which was returned with a positive opinion.

i have seen one other person in one of the forums being asked all these documents but he still hasnt submitted any yet......

as my case is straight forward i did submit all the documents with in the deadline ....
i am hearing of lot of rejection of cases specially with AEO´s however most of them were never asked for these detailed documents ... so i feel its good they are asking for all these docs ....

i dont know .... is it because my points are coming to exact 67 and not more ....

what ever it is i hope it is for the good ..... and get some positive reply soon.....

please keep on giving your views ... really appreciate it ....

thanks a million to all specially sharon and roy .....
best regards.
kash.
