Subject: Canadian Experience Class
  Hello Guys,
I am an international student in Canada and have done my 2 years of undergraduate diploma in business management and have received 3 years of open work permit and wants to apply for Canadian experience class. Can any one please give me suggestion that in order to qualify for this category,do i have to work in the field related to my studies.Because i have a job offer as a security guard supervisor and this is under NOC B.Can i apply for Canadian experience class if i have 1 year of full-time experience as a security guard supervisor.

Hi Harry, you can apply if you have one year valid language test result, otherwise you have to take it first.(IELTS and TEF are the only “designated language testing agencies.” http://www.ielts.org/)
And you haven´t breached any conditions during your stay, like over stay or unauthorized working. Also any criminal records can stop your application.
This check list may help you to prepare.

Good luck!

if you have worked as Security Guard Supervisor for one year, then you should be eligible to apply under CEC.
