Did anyone received PR having only 66 points? I read the official info about on CIC site, any concrete experiences?

You are cutting a fine line.
If I were you I´d go the lawyer route if you are sure you are on 66 points.

it is left to the discretion of the immig officer, but i would think that 1 point should´nt make a difference. I am sure you will have no problem

yousaid that you got 66 pts and still got a passport rquest....how about me I got 68 pts under the old rule with passing of 70, will i also have the still chance of....????
