hello i am filipina married to canadian,our application for prv was forwarded here in manila office from cpc-mississauga my husband wrote a letter and inform the office that i am significantly affected from typoon (ketsana).last october 1,2009 Mr.Kenney announce to give priority all applicant that affected.pls.give some advice what to do for this matter.thank you very much and good day to every one.
