... Then... now you can go back to your home country because there´s no danger for you anymore.

Am I right?

You will have to explain everything to them

I hope they don´t even give you a chance to explain. Hand over the PR card. You don´t deserve it.

Two main things with a "red flag":

1- Three trips within a year and half. How can you afford paying for your flights? The government pays for the refugee to support them economically and it sounds that you are taking money that you don´t deserve.

2- No danger in your country and therefore your asylum (or refugee) claim was not true.

If you were a liar, I wish you the worst. If you were honest, I wish you success in defening yourself.

You maybe heading into trouble but please be seriously honest with the CIC people. If you try tricks, you may find out that they have seen these kind of things in the past and can spot them sooner or later. MOST LIKELY, they would like to find out why you could travel so easily since your refugee status was likely due to your inability to return home (not due to money reasons but other more serious issues with your Govt and such). Honesty will get you through more easily in these situations than concocted situations... Just be yourself and explain whatever they need truthfully. I doubt they will revoke your card!

It all depends. If he became a refugee during a period where his live was in danger and a few years later his country of residence improved its safety there is no reason to revoke his status.

It happens that citizens of some countries become refugees and then their home country changes some policies years down the road where that allegation is no longer valid but by that time these people are already Permanent Residents of Canada or Canadian citizens.

Now..... if there are no significant changes in your home country and you went back three times to the place where Canada was unable to deport you in the first place because your live was in danger well.... that is a completely different story because it means that there are grounds to charge you with misrepresentation and while the inverstigation is process you are unable to apply for citizenship until a final decision is made.

Decisions are basically two:

1- Everything is ok and you live in this country for ever.
2- A report 44 (1) is written based on misrepresentation and from there can go down two routes, one of them being the revokation of your PR status and getting deported.
