| Subject: Family Class just getting started...many questions |

Hi. I am Canadian. My husband is American. I have started the paperwork, but have a few questions. I was just in Winnipeg where I paid a lawyer $200 to answer them, but still am not 100% sure he was right.
Question #1: Do I need to sponsor my son, too? He is 3 years old and born in the US, although I am Canadian, which I believe makes hime Canadian.
#2: Do I send my application info to Missausaga? or my local office in Buffalo, NY? I live in North Dakota.
#3: When do we do the medical exam? Is it requested of us at some point, or should we know when to do this?
Any general info re: the process would be helpful....
