  hi to all,
i got married to a canadian spouse we used to live in the USA, i got deported before i apply for my sponsorship. So after the deportation we came to my home country (lebanon) and we apllied from there as spouse sponsorhip to the canadian embassy in syria. After 18 month they denied me coz i was deported from usa saying i can reapply after 2 years . Even i mentioned my deportation with details in my application.
1-Is this normal according to law and wats my chances when i reapply after 2 years ?
2-Do u think the denial is going to affect my case.( i have no criminal record either in lebanon or USA).

now my wife is pregnant ,do u think they will take this into consideration, she talked to 2 lawyers , they said its better to wait for 2 years and reapply because if they deny the appeal they will excluded me for 5 years. she has to go to Canada to finish her school.
1-Is there anyway i can be with her coz of her pregnancy ?
2- i heard about ARC what is my chances with it . what is ARC excatly do i have to leave the country after some time ?

Ok, you applied. You failed to disclosed that you were deported from the US. You were excluded for 2 years for misrepresentation and now you need and authorization to return to Canada hmmmmm..... What makes you think that you will get a visitor visa to go to Canada? to stay illegaly here? not a hope.

The pregnancy of your wife doesn´t make any difference what so ever sorry.

More than a lawyer you need to start learning to tell the truth.

You have to wait until the exclusion time is over plus the normal processing time. Canada is about 4 to 5 years away for you.

I´m not too sure what the main purpose of this forum is anymore? Is it to take out our frustrations on other people? DocD, this guy said he made mention of his being deported on his application, so why are you castigating him for not disclosing it?

He failed to disclose something and he got excluded for 2 years. People break the law, do something silly in life and then some of them look for compassion.

He is asking a question and I am giving him an answer. You don´t have to like it. But it is what it is.

i didn´t lie about anything , how i am going to hide the last 6 years in my life i spent in the state. i have a degree from there . that´s why i am confused and the denial papers states that because i was deported from the state not because of any kind of misrepresentation.i told them everything by details.
