Hi

Am a Secretary with college degree for past many years what are my chances of getting a visa under skilled category and expected time frame. Presently working in Oman, Middle East.

Either you have to have an offer of arranged employment from a Canadian employer,OR you have been one of the following for one year:

OR you have been living legally in Canada for one year as a temporary foreign worker or an international student(which I do not think so.)

If you are non of the above, then I do not think you are eligible to apply as a Federal Skilled worker now.
