My wife is a Canadian citizen and legal guardian for her nice in Romania.Her nice is in 12 grade and she is 18 years old.My question is if we can aply for sponsorship for her nice in order to bring her to Canada.The procesing is the same like the procesing for dependent cildren under 22 or it is total diferent?

1- It is "niece" not "nice".
2- As long as she is a dependent and not married your wife may sponsor her to come to Canada as a family member.
