I applied for skilled worker from BUFFLO USA in the month of july 2009, and i received the approval from sydney intake, and i sent my supporting documents in the month of december 2009, with ielts score results of 7 from each,i qualified for 69 points, but i am on H1B visa in USA and it is going to expire on 10 january 2010, and i have to go back to india after 6 years of h1b,if i do not receive any information about my medical/ interview, from bufflo office before 10th of january 2010, what are the possibilities,i do not want to stay illegal beyond jan.2010, and i booked my flight, and after that, where would be my medical and interview, when i would be in india,please advise, can i get canada visitors visa as my brother is there as pr, please advise as i am stressed.

Once you inform CIC about a change in your address they will forward your file to your local Canadian embassy for processing.

Hi Dream,
You must have safely reach India by now. Once you inform about your address change to CIC they will transfer you file to NEW DELHI office and they will send you your medical and other formality papers from there.
