Subject: Employee reference letter from current employer
As I can not inform my current employer about my immigration application it is not possible to get reference letter from them
which I have to submit to the immigration office under skilled labour category.

In that case I have to give an explanation letter to immigration office for not submitting employee reference letter.

Please tell me what reason I should state in that explanation letter for not submitting the employee reference letter.

Reards,
Chalksvj

Then try to provide the officer with a good reason why you can´t get a Letter of Reference from your current employer AND proof that you are working at where you claimed and job description etc. If you are coming as a Skilled Worker and is claiming experience points from your current occupation, you may be out of luck. You can´t produce proof of your experience, you can be refused.

Also, you might want to include your job contract or offer letter detailing your main duties or job description. Also, attach all of your performance reviews for the past years.. it might help...

My previous supervisor has left the company and existing supervisor supervise all sister concern of the company. Is it acceptable if I provide all of my reference letter sign by my present supervisor in a same date?

Please inform me if any one knows about it.
