Hi!..Welcome to Canada, umm you want two bed and baths....look i will advice home near your work, since you are new you would be looking for work..i am guessing, pardon me i do not wana spoil your experience, but you could rent a house for the same price in Markham/Mississauga, but you need to drive, and u need drivers license and car for that. In any part of the world donot invest in something big first, start with something small like a one/two room with one bath. Toronto landlords require first and last month rent in advance and avearage rents are like 900 to 1000 CAD per month min for condo to fit your need .

Scarborough is inexpensive and connected, if you want to start with basics,

Look for rental properties by googling, my landlord site is http://www.capreit.net/ and

I can provide you more unbiased sites of professional rental companies

Focus people!!!!

You want a great place (mid to high standards) but you have no employment! Very few landlords will rent to new immigrants because you have no credit rating as of yet. YOU HAVE NO EMPLOYMENT. You know little if anything of the area, schools etc.

Renting residences is a business and the Landlord expects to be paid.

Condos downtown are not much larger then a closet but you will be close to attend everything!

Never heard anyone complain about Sunny Newcomer who posts temporary residences here.

Marakby you post at 19:23 and a Landlord posts at 01:07 the next day!!!! Let the buyer beware.
