Not a Guy Like Me!

Lets say your partner is a single mother with two kids working at McDonalds to make ends meet.

Scenario #1
Your a Finish Carpenter or a Bricklayer with the Olympics coming and your working without authorization helping to pay the single mothers bills taking the kids here and there. Buying toys and things she alone would never be able to afford.

Scenario #2
Your a Finish Carpenter or a Bricklayer with the Olympics coming and your not working living off the avails of a minimum wage earner while keeping up to date with Oprah!

Number one wins and number two is deported.

Common sense when sinking into debt and hungry ---- work.

Why would this lovely Lady marry a guy who does not help to pay the bills?

Do you really think you would be the only one in Canada working without authorization?

Ok, with all due respect don´t follow Roy´s advice. That is a good way to get an excusion order for working without an authorization and then your application might be rejected, you will be deported AND banned for 2 years.

I am not sure what he means with common sense. Listen.... common sense is not a common practice there is NOTHING common about it.

The fact that you are sinking in debt is nothing but your poor planning. Once "stage 1" is approved you should be elegible for an open work permit. In the mean time how you are going to support your self is your problem. It is up to you to prove that your relationship is genuine but breaking the law and working without a permit is far from that. That proves nothing.

Your poor planning does not represent CIC´s emergency now.
You should have thought about this before staying illegaly in the country with no money.
