| Subject: Not able to return US for immg. stamp |
I am waiting for immigration visa stamp from Los Angeles consulte. However, I am currently in Canada on visitor visa ans NOT able to return to US.
What´s the best solution for me?
Is there any immigration service to handle this for me?

You might at least apply for a US visitor visa... if this is a problem, then talk to CIC... this is not a typical case.

Ok tell me this How did you get the visitor visa from the Canucks while your PR was pending? If your Canadian visa is still valid I will say just hang in there and get the stamp from inside Canada (Not sure if it is possible). What are missing on the American side? Last time I checked, it is tons of snow and a helluva stench everywhere in America. I says , this is time to ditch the yank and think forward.

If you have problems returning, it already indicates you have probs getting a visa stamp. That means, MR OZZ, he can´t get a B anything visa. I think he should expolre how to extend his stay in Canada, so that his PR stamp can be obtained from there. We don´t know what the heck is his situation, to tell the truth, so we couldn´t advise properly.
