hi to all,
i got married to a canadian spouse we used to live in the USA, i got deported before i apply for my sponsorship. So after the deportation we came to my home country (lebanon) and we apllied from there as spouse sponsorhip to the canadian embassy in syria.After 18 month they denied me coz i was deported from usa saying i can reapply after 2 years . Even i mentioned my deportation with details in my application.
1-Is this normal according to law and wats my chances when i reapply after 2 years ?
2-Do u think the denial is going to affect my case.( i have no criminal record either in lebanon or USA).
now my wife is pregnant ,do u think they will take this into consideration, she talked to 2 lawyers , they said its better to wait for 2 years and reapply because if they deny the appeal they will excluded me for 5 years. she has to go to Canada to finish her school.
1-Is there anyway i can be with her coz of her pregnancy ?
2- i heard about ARC what is my chances with it . what is ARC excatly do i have to leave the country after some time ?

They excluded you for two years for misrepresentation because "whoops" you forgot to tell them you got deported. No you failed to mention it in the right area and may have hidden that info in another area.
You can start a new and ask for an ARC. Authorization to Return.
ARC is clearly explained on my site.

why u always think CIC are angels and everybody in this forms are liars. Believe i told them everything in details.The denial was because i was deported from the state.can u please tell me do i have a chance after 2 years . i have nothing to hide, i just want to be with my wife and my child under one roof .

I think CIC staff are heartless mean bullies most times when it comes to Spousal Sponsorships. I also think every CIC employee who approves my clients without an interview are angels.
I KNOW ONE THING FOR SURE, YOU SHOULD RE-READ YOUR REFUSAL LETTER.
Mario you were NOT refused/excluded (for two years) because you were deported from the States. They deemed you LIED!
Check your forms again there are several places you would have had to mention your removal including addresses for the last ten years.
So do what I suggested re-apply and ask for an ARC.

Also read the OP manuals regarding family class the information is there as well.
