Subject: Can husband take out of status wife to canada with
  him.
My friend is a PR in the US and wants to move to canada on skilled worker program.
His wife is out of status in the US as she overstay her visitors visa.
He would like to take his wife with him.
Can he put her as his dependant? Can the process be done in the US or do she have to return to her home country ? Whe n process commpleted will it create a problem moving cross the border into Canada?
