Hi, I got the removal order on last two years. I didn´t leave Canada and
ran away.I am applying for second PRRA. Some people told me the second PRRA just takes not more than four months,but i have been waiting for PRRA decision for more than ten months.I wanna know the decision as soon as possible even it is positive or negative. I don´t wanna wait for so long.So,how can I make it fast??Please give me some suggestions..

PRRA Officers only look at new evidence so unless you got a ton of NEW evidence your toast!
You ran away so their is a warrant for your arrest. Do you really think a CIC PRRA Officer has to say yes or would it be quicker to say I don´t even have to write a decision just copy and paste the first one!

Decision positive or negative? You ran away as a solution of your problem. THINK! What do expect?
It is not just new evidence, regardless of that there is a warrant for your arrest and there is a deportation order effective against you.
You have one foot out of Canada.
I am going to give you a suggestion.
Leave the country, ask for an ARC and apply for a Permanent Resident status from abroad.

Yes,I applied the second PRRA with a new concrete evidence that I could not go back to my country.After I ran away,I turned myself in, I had been kept in immigration detention center for about forty days.I think CBSA is also preparing to deport me,but my passport is expire. CBSA is doing my passport extension from our embassy in the contast my passport extension is hard to approved.On the other hand,i hve no patient to wait for my second PRRA. Why does it take so long for my second PRRA decision?? Could you please suggest me?? Certainly,the evidence of my second PRRA is firm!!!

you have no patience to wait for you PRRA. Excuse me. You have broken Canadian law- whether you find that inconvenient or not within your social calendar - it is what it is. You have absolutely no right to complain. Be grateful you are not waiting in jail.
Come to Canada through the front door like everyone else is asked to do. I am with DocD on this one.

hi rayan
i was deported from canada while i was waiting my h$c for 5 years and after i got deported they open my h&c and they transferred to prra unit in toronto, i have excellent h&c, i was deported to my country and got to troubles and they broke my arm(my citizenship country )they trying to find out if i had a refugee case or asylum ,they got more suspected because my passport was not with me upon arriving to my home country ,(the montreal border officers gave my passport to the flight attendee and i heard them tell her(flight attendant) to give me my passport upon arriving the airport before i leave the plain,so she did not do that and she gave it to the police officer investigator who give it to the police intelligence, my problems started there so i escaped to Syria and now syria is in major troubles here, do u know if they(prra unit ) will open my h&c case,i dont know what to do, it is been 2 years of hell i`m living ,i`m 41 years now , i lived in north amarica for 21 years (14 years in usa ,i applied for political asylum there and i got denied and i came to canada thinking of a better chance ,i had my own business , productive,i can not take canada a way from my mind ,memories occupied my mind , please help me out , i have clean records in usa and canada ,it is just i was subject of scammed and un knowledgeable lawyers and also the hardness of immigration procedures,i had a warrant of arrest against me so i got deported , i did my prra for the first time and got denied for lack of evidence and after that i have the evidences,now my case is in prra unit ,please help naeeme@hotmail.com
