Hi all - I´ve read teh Police Certificate threads but no answer. I applied for spousal PR - our attny said FBI cert would be enough, now they requested state police certs from Calif and Texas. Does anyone know where to apply for a Texas certificate (have searched the net for hours and can´t locate the site). Is it usualy for Immigration to request teh state certificates in addition to the FBI cert or was my attny full of it? You have to send finger prints along with your letter stated following
Full Name
Race
Sex
Date of Birth
SSN NO
Explanation: Required for CANADA IMMIGRATION
With $15 money order / check and your complete return address

I lived in Houston from 1985 till 1991 studying untill getting my Ph.D. degree. I am applying now for Canadian immegration. Can I get my Texas police certifacte on line.

go to the main police station in your city with your finger prints. they will give you report within 30 minutes.

I am applying now for Canadian immegration at the Canadian Embassy in Cairo. They asked me to get Texas police certifacte. My question is: How can I get it? and if that possible on line?

Hi, do I have to download special application from your site to make my for fingerprint or can I use any blank paper and make the print for each figer, or can use the paper I downloaded from FBI for fingerprint? I live in Egypt and I need Texas police certificate for the Canadian Embassy. Thanks
