hi,
My name is Daniel.I am Czech citizen and my girlfriend is the citizen of Philippines. She will become Permanent resident of Canada in February 2010.
Our relationship started in Canada in September 2008 while i was in Canada for working holiday visa.My visa expired on July 2009 and i must return back to Czech Republic.
We maintain our relationship on the long distance.
Our plan is, to get married in the Czech republic in June 2010.
After our wedding my future wife want sponsor me as my spouse to become PR.
I would like to ask if someone get similar experience like us and if is that no problem to process our case and become Permanent resident of Canada as her husband.How long could take it to process everything .

Hey Daniel,
Please do as you have planned, and prepare your documents and show CIC how strong your relationship is by showing proof, i.e. online chat/message´ copies, phone calls (if posible) skype, msn , letters, letter from friends from Canada-who have witnessed your relationship-saying that they know you guys and your love ,a lot of pictures taken in Canada and in your country , invite many relatives and friends to your wedding, and show those pictures, ...
Then let your wife apply for sponsorsip, believe me it is the easiest process, just read all the documents carefully and fill them carefully, be frank and do NOT mistakes while filling in your documents...
And please please NEVER NEVER pay anyone for that application just do it yourself....
I did everything on my own, and it took my wife just 4 months to be with me from Iran...
For your information I have copied on 10 A4 paper about 80 pictures, 3 letters from friends, our MSN chat messages and SKPE calls, and of course our marriage documents all translated...They even did not call us for an interview just gave my wife the visa....
As I have mentioned above PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY immigration consuLtants or legal/illegal human trade business people a penny ...JUST BE HONEST
