first of all, I can barely understand your post. (how on earth did you score 8´s on your IELTS?)

If you wish to immigrate to Canada as a skilled worker, you should look at the new rules and take the online test for point caculations. You will have to show work experience under the NOC codes that qualify.

please don´t be offended...OK?

you will not get a financial management job in Canada if this is an example of your writing skills. You will be wasting your education.

stop telling us about your education. The category you will apply under is based on your work experience and you have to demonstrate that your work responsibilities match the NOC code job discriptions.

yes, you would get 5 points for your aunt.

yes,

Dear Hard Stone,

I think Sharon have already addressed all of your points but you still don´t seem to understand. Here it comes....First, I think you are originally from Pakistan and have completed 16 years of education with one 2 years of Bachelor and one 2 years of Masters degree.. If so, for education factor, you should get 22 points. Now the tricky part, you can demonstrate your work experience with intervals so long it was obtained in the past ten years and one of the experiences is listed under NOC 38 qualifying occupations.

However, based on the info provided, you don´t seem to have the qualifying experience unless you can specify in more details. If you had worked in the past as Financial Manager and/or Business Service Manager, you would need the documentary evidence to this fact. You just can not simply show it...Also, Business Service Managers are not on NOC 38 list.

Furthermore, your job letter must include a significant portion of main duties performed as specified under NOC 38 list in one of your chosen occupations.

Hope it is helpful.

on your intent to open a fast food place... do you have any idea how much it costs to set up and operate such a business in Canada? Do you know what the failure rate is for such enterprises? Canadians who have lived here all their lives have trouble with such ventures.

please, please, please... do some homework. If you have endless money, consider the entrepreneurial classification.

Bash is right about the NOC codes.

I will ask again, how much money do you think it will take to start up and keep your business going for a year... and what could you do with that same amount of money in your home country?

I am very serious. I don´t think you have any notion of how difficult it is for new Canadians to get established and earn a living wage.

It is not very often that I come back to someone 3 times and say think - think - think. I respect your intentions, determination and desire for a better life but you really need to have your eyes wide open to what you are walking in to. If you need an outside job to support your business... your english is simply not good enough to work in the area you are trained for.

I don´t want to hear 2 years from now how Canada sold you a lie.
