Hello all,
Need experts advice pls. I had an HRDC approved job offer when I filed my case for PR in Nov. 03. Didnt wanna go on work permit for some time & thought the process takes 6 months from London at the most. But its been over a year now & nothing has changed yet. My query is that if I had approved job offer that time, would I get the points under arranged employment category at the time of interview or would CIC like to see any current job offer coz its been a long while & employer didnt wait for me. Please advice coz its giving me headache. Thanks in advance.
