  There is also a requirement now to produce six months of bank account history - at least in Buffalo where the Skilled Worker Guide now reads:



SETTLEMENT FUNDS

Refer to the "Proof of Funds" section of our Web site for exact figures and instructions.

Provide:

• original letter(s) from your bank(s) and/or other financial institution(s) confirming

the type(s) and current balance(s) of the account(s) you hold

• copies of monthly bank statements showing deposits and withdrawals for the 6

months prior to the submission of you application

Section 9.2 – Settlement funds: The content with respect to the LICO amounts has been updated.

The amounts reflected in the table are valid from January 1st to December 31st,2010.

This is for Parental sponsorships not spouses. It affects H&C sponsors partly.

wow, that threshold is not very high. $27,601 for a household of 2 as a minimum to sponsor? who can live on that... never mind look after the needs of a sponsored applicant?

people sure can´t say that CIC is elitist.

Bored as usual ??/ Two Canadians talking about immigration ...oh my god this site is a comedy movie....hey Sharon what about talkig about housing problem in Peru? Must be a great topic, you can come to the internet and talk talk talk ...it is not important whether it bothers you that much ...just something to fill the gap gap gap gap..This all we do fill the big gap in our life... Some fill it and shut up seems some can never fill the gap no matter what they do ....

Well kk...if you don´t have knowledge and passion to help others then you better be delisted from this very useful discussion forums where experienced and knowledgeable people like Sharon and Roy takes their valuable time and provide valuable guidance....
