I landed as an immigrant and after two months I came back to my country to sell my house and wind up some other matters.At the time of landing I mentioned some of my house items in ´goods to follow ´ but now I have a reasonable amount of funds.While transfering this amount through bank, I have to declare this amount to custom authorities on the airport.Do I have to pay tax on this money? I have not earned this money in Canada and It is from the sale of my property.
