I still can not really grasp your case and have no doubt Roy did not grasp either from all the patchy incoherent info you have provided. Hey but misery loves company! you can always commiserate on here. The likelihood of a genuine, really professional advice requires clear info about the case; you can provide that to your attorney in confidence. I can see why you would rather not provide needed details of your case on a public forum. But without that info, the patch-work makes at least some folks suspect there is MUCH more to this case than being given out... and hence the speculation of serious guilt on your part too... But otherwise, you can close this case as simply as closing the door as you walk into the house... Just be honest and clear in your writings to CIC or I can point you in the right direction... it would cost about 3k.

Well I was right.

So Mr. CBSA (DocD) why was he admitted for such a period. ILLOGICAL! Had she already sponsored him??? Maybe not.
So LEIGH the abused woman continues a relationship with the BAD MAN after he is bailed out. That has to be a violation of his bail conditions.
Leigh when one seeks compassion and understanding and states Quote "My concern is primarily for safety" UnQuote then posts later that right after the domestic assault from this BAD MAN while he is on bail she jumps back into bed with him. How can one show compassion when your actions are illogical.
My response was not nasty my response was showing that there was illogical comments and they continue. My response was to Sharon because as soon as she mentioned (safety) you raised it but not until she raised it.
You claimed you are concerned about his new lovers safety, which I can not believe! You lived with this man common law and was in a relationship for how long (you know his parents phone number) but there was only one serious altercation then back in bed with him you jump. WHY?
Will he get deported, why was he let in to Canada in the first place he had previous convictions?
You can not appeal an In Land Spousal Sponsorship and CBSA and CIC has to know he is in Canada so they would of already taken action to remove him. He is inadmissible and your appealing LOL

So call 1-888-242-2100 and withdraw the sponsorship. You have the IAD fax & phone number so call them and withdraw the appeal.
Yet what have you done. You are looking for him and his new lover.

What I learned is that anyone can help others when they deserve compassion. Compassion is common sense. This story is so full of holes I can not believe anything about it.
Serious altercations the police are called. The copies of the original application and appeal application must be in the residence. Yet Leigh jumps back into bed with the BAD MAN because she fears for her safety instead of contacting the IAD to withdraw the appeal.
If they are not residing together any In Land Spousal is immediately void. You know you can not appeal a In Canada Spousal Application.
There is not one logical reason why this guy was admitted for the length of time Leigh claimed.
Leigh meets with the Crown Attorney because she is the alleged victim and the Crown tells her not to report his charges or the fact that they are not residing together to Immigration.
The court clerks would inform CBSA the second he gets detained and as soon as bail is posted he would end up on Immigration Hold. COMMON SENSE PEOPLE!
CBSA will never be allowed to approach the Crown to stay or withdraw domestic violence charges to affect removal it is just toooooo politically sensitive issue.
I stand by my earlier posting that Leigh only became a Viper when she found out about the other woman.
This is so illogical!
