| Subject: Application for FSW denied based on IELTS |

I applied for the FSW in March 2009 under NOC code 0711 construction Manager.
I was sent a letter to undergo IELTS exam in October 2009 which was not possible for me to undertake due to the fact that i was onshore during the period in question.
what I did was to write the immigration officer that I came from an English speaking Country and all my education was done in English.
I received a denial letter in December stating that i was denied based on section 11(1) and section 2(2).
i want to know, what are my chances if i should undertake the IELTS exam and summit same to the visa offfice/immigration officer for further considerations.

u have to go through the same cycle again: take IELTS, submit a new application and new fees and gather the same documents again.........and wait.
