Hi,
I landed in canada on september 30 and finished all my landing procedures and provided a canada address to mail the maple card. i used the same address for the SIN card. I received the SIN card with out any issues. I left canada after a week to finish my work in US and thought of reentering canada once i receive the card. Until now i have not received the PR card and i donot know how to contact the office to enquire about the status of the card. Is there a number i can call from us to enquire about the delay.

Me and my husband Hardev gill we sent applications to renew our PR card on OCT. 7,2013.We are planning to go to india on Jan.16th but we have not received our PR card and we don´t know how to contact the office to enquire about our cards. Is there any no. we can call
