| Subject: Wife and I getting divorce |

I relocated to Canada 6 months ago and brought my wife. I was transfered there with my work. I am on a 3 year work visa and they gave my wife one also that is open. My question is if I were to divorce and leave canda would my soon to be xwife have to leave as my work permit will be null and void. She also has a work permit that seemed to be open. Can anyone provdide any input where as if I leave Canada will she have to leave beings that we are no longer married and she is on my visa. Please let me know.
