Subject: Transferring jobs within the USA with TN visa
  Hello,
I am trying to transfer from one state to another with the same position under the tn visa in the usa. I work for a hotel company. It is the same company in both location but the only difference is the branch´s name. I am wondering if anybody knows if any change in the visa is necessary or do I have to go through the whole process again with the I-129 form???
