| Subject: visa students wishing to switch schools |

Some foreign students have asked me for advise concerning their school situation. They are not hapopy with their present private high school ion Ontario and wish to switch to another school. When they informed their present school´s administrstor of their intentions they were informed that they would need to pay $5000 tuition fees in order to leave the school. If they did not pay the school would inform Immigration Canada and have them deported back to China. Is this legal?
