Subject: Is this possible?????
  Registered for canadian immigration (FSW) in June 2008; my profile cannot be included in the new list of 38 occupations announced in November 2008 -- in such a situation, will the CHC reject me straightway without giving me a case number OR will I get a case number and then be rejected later? my consultant told me that I got a case number !!! I wonder how?
