| Subject: refused re entry to canada, please help |

I lived in Canada the last 10 years, with my husband and 5 children on work visas, when my husband and i separated, may 2009, i found out our last visa had expired, the previous September, therefore we had overstayed the visa.I sought legal advise and was told to leave the country and return to the uk, as there would be no repurcussions, if i left before being asked to.3 of my 5 children refused to leave, as their schooling, and entire lives are there, one is 23, married to a canadian, with 2 canadian children in the process of sponcership, my 21 year old is legal as a visitor till may, but can´t go to college or work, and has no money and is sleeping on friends sofas, the same of my 17 year old, who is also there as a visitor until may, but is still atending school, without being able to get a visa.My 10 year old, and 15 year old are with me in the uk.They are desperate, as am i to get back, to get the family back together, get visas, and be able to get a home, security and finances for my children, my common law partner is also wanting to return,with us, he is a police man of 20 years, and eager to train and work in ontario, also.just before christmas, we flew into toronto, to be told we were going to be detained over the xmas period, while some one looked at our case, of refused entry, or we had to get on the next plane back to the uk, being xmas, we retured to the uk, i need to get back somehow, we´ve tried job offers, cotacting jason kenney, work visas, and lawyers and am coming up with nothig, does anyone know the best way for us to get back to my children, they need me, ( my ex husband is no longer in Canada either).
Is a visitor permit, a possibility, if so, can i apply and get it in London, uk,or any other ideas, i´m sure i´ll be red flagged at the airport , or border now, i also have a letter from my ex, stating i knew nothig of the visas, and a letter of invitation from a canadian friend.
