Hello,
I got call from Immigration office asking me send Passport asap before expire of Medical.
I couriered it to Fort Erie, they have received.
Can anyone tell how long they take to issue visa and return our passport?
Waiting desperatly to get Passport back.
I just have about a week to get landed immigrant status.
Deeply worried about it

Roy or Sharon,
I am desperate situtation, I have submit our passport for visa stamping at Fort Erie. Our medicals are expiring on feb 2nd 2010. In short, I have only 6 working days.
If I dont get my landed immigration status before feb 2nd 2010 does that mean I have redo PR application again.
How long CIC take to stamp visa and mail it back within Canada? I written e-mail to Buffalo, they replied back saying "your request is forward concern dept".
Can anyone please share their views?

stop. you have got yourself all confused and are making yourself worry - for nothing.
If CIC has asked for you passports, they will take into consideration the expiry of your medicals. They will likely give you X amount of time to land-even with expired medicals.
RELAX you are almost there.

I have submitted my passport on October 14,2010.I haven´t received until now.When are they going to return it.

I have been waiting for my passport to come back with PR visa.My working permit has already expired last October 20,2010.I am so worried about this.I have my working permit extended though but also not received yet.
