Would like to know what is the average income in a moderate kind of job?
Please do not put the nonsense figures of statistics canada who will come up with any damn figure just to impress uneducated people.

It really depends. You can look in two different companies, same job description and income would be different.
Try to find on internet the income for particular job positions.
And then again with more canadian experience your income will be higher.

Not a whole lot, to tell the truth. However, there is a minimum wage! Even the minimum wage, I might add, is somewhat closer to the wages of a president in the 3rd world country! You have to worry about your skills, your productivity and innovativeness more than wages. Wages might be what they are, but if you are innovative, you could build a world for yourself.

dear harish...
you are always asking about money! what are you trying to figure out... if you can afford to live? if you will be rich? if you can send money home?

if you earn minimum wage anywhere in Canada, life is a struggle. Generally minimum wage is for unskilled labour like MacDonalds. At the same time, there are many jobs like cleaners in hospitals who make very reasonable wages. In the big cities life required 2 incomes to be comfortable 50-60,000+ unless you can secure those kinds of wages on your own. Don´t forget that free healthcare we get means we pay very high taxes.

We are not trying to avoid your question but 99% of the answer depends on you - what skills you bring, how resourceful you are, how flexible you are and how patient you are.

I hope Canada is more for you than how much money you can make.

Really!!!

last time I´ve checked average income of Canadian was 38K. I didn´t realise double then average pay is moderate :))

Anyhow, Sharon is right about the income. Sky is limit, you can make as much as you want. Adult Industry have most money, if you are just interested in money :)

cheers
